COMMENDATIONS: Commends the filmmakers and participants of Built on Zydeco and recognizes the film as an important Louisiana-made documentary.

AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE: Requests the Department of Insurance to study issues related to insurance coverage of motor vehicle damage claims, including steering and disputes regarding the adjustment of vehicle damages.

MOTOR VEHICLES: Directs the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, office of motor vehicles to study options for regulating and reducing fees charged by licensed driver education and training schools operating in Louisiana.

MALPRACTICE: Creates the Louisiana Medical Malpractice Task Force

CHILDREN: Creates the Child Permanency Task Force.

LOCAL AGENCIES: Requests local governing authorities to consider adopting local ordinances to require unlicensed residential facilities for seniors or persons with disabilities to have generators or alternative electrical power sources.

COMMENDATIONS: Commends and congratulates Ginger Gustavson for her contributions and years of leadership in education upon the occasion of her retirement as Head of School from First Baptist Church School in Shreveport.

AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES: To urge and request the American Sugarcane League, LSU AgCenter, and Southern University Agricultural Center, in collaboration with agricultural manufacturers, to continue work on furthering technology and research into equipment to reduce the dependency of burning sugarcane.

TECHNOLOGY: Creates the Task Force on Blockchain and Digital Innovation.

SCHOOLS: Creates the K-12 Student Success Pathways Task Force to study and make recommendations on a statewide plan for advising students on career and academic pathways in K-12 public schools.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH: Requests the Louisiana Department of Health and Louisiana commercial health insurance payors to increase reimbursement rates for behavioral health crisis centers operating under a crisis receiving center license.
