JURIES – Amends existing law to allow prospective jurors in certain circumstances to volunteer as poll workers in lieu of serving on a jury.

MILITARY – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding leaves of absence from regular duties for military duty.

ENTICING A CHILD – Amends existing law to revise a provision regarding enticing a child through use of the internet or other communication device.

PUBLIC RECORDS ACT – Amends existing law to provide that certain records of the Department of Juvenile Corrections shall be exempt from disclosure.

TRANSPORTATION – Amends existing law to provide for a certain manner of proving identity.

HEALTH CARE – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding certain out-of-pocket payments for health care services.

IDAHO ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE ACT – Amends existing law to establish provisions regarding hearing notices and to revise a provision regarding procedure at a hearing.

SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION COMMISSION – Amends existing law to provide that the commission be established in the Idaho Department of Water Resources.

WATER DISTRICTS – States findings of the Legislature and supports various water projects within Water District 2.

STATE LANDS – Amends existing law to extend the length for commercial leases on endowment lands.

APPROPRIATIONS – ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT – Relates to the maintenance appropriation to Economic Development for fiscal year 2027.

IDAHO ONEPLAN – Amends existing law to remove outdated references to the “Idaho OnePlan.”

POTATO COMMISSION – Amends and repeals existing law to remove outdated provisions.

EDUCATION – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding generative artificial intelligence in public education.

RURAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATION – Adds to existing law to establish the Idaho Rural Health Transformation Fund and the Rural Health Transformation Committee.

EDUCATION – Adds to existing law to require public schools to offer daily recess to students in kindergarten through grade 5 and to encourage public schools to offer unstructured activity breaks for students in grades 6 through 8.

IMMIGRATION STATUS AND NATIONALITY OF ARRESTED INDIVIDUALS – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding the immigration status and nationality of arrested individuals.

COUNSELORS AND THERAPISTS – Amends existing law to provide for the licensure of certain persons who have served as a chaplain in any branch of the United States military.

STATE POLICE K9 KIMBER – States findings of the Senate and honors and commemorates State Police K9 Kimber for her service, dedication, and commitment to protecting the people of Idaho.

ITALY – States findings of the Senate, recognizes the importance of Italy as a trade partner with Idaho, and supports the strengthening of ties between Idaho and Italy.

LIMITATIONS ON DRAFTING REQUESTS AND ROUTING SLIPS – States findings of the Legislature and provides for the addition of Joint Rule 24 to establish limitations on the number of pieces of draft legislation and the number of routing slips that may be requested by each member of the Legislature.

SALARIES OF STATE ELECTIVE OFFICERS – Amends existing law to revise the salaries of state elective officers.

UNIFORM REAL PROPERTY TRANSFER ON DEATH ACT – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding the Uniform Real Property Transfer on Death Act.

APPROPRIATIONS – NATURAL RESOURCES – Relates to the maintenance appropriation to Natural Resources for fiscal year 2027.

APPROPRIATIONS – Relates to the appropriation and transfer of moneys in the state treasury for fiscal years 2026 and 2027.

APPROPRIATIONS – Rescissions – Relates to reducing the appropriation for fiscal year 2026.

EDUCATION – Amends and repeals existing law to remove obsolete provisions.

PERSI – Amends existing law to revise a date and to remove a sunset provision regarding the reemployment of certain retired members.

SEX OFFENDERS – Amends existing law to revise the definition of “daycare.”

CRIME VICTIMS – Repeals and adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding proceeds derived from criminal notoriety.

SAMPLE COLLECTIONS – Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to revise provisions and requirements regarding collection of DNA samples and thumbprint impressions.

APPROPRIATIONS – OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE – Relates to the appropriation to the Office of the Secretary of State for fiscal year 2027.

TAXATION – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the homestead property tax exemption.

COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICTS – Amends and adds to existing law to provide for a temporary assessment to fund fire protection and emergency medical services.

DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION – Amends existing law to provide that the director of the Department of Administration may provide certain services to cities.

LICENSE PLATES – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding agriculture license plates.

EDUCATION – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the School District Facilities Fund.

MOTOR VEHICLES – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the Parent-Student On-Road Driver’s Training Program.

BOARDS OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding special expertise of boards of county commissioners and coordination of planning efforts with federal agencies.

CAMPAIGN FINANCE – Amends existing law to require all contributions and loans to a candidate or political committee to be deposited into a separate campaign account, to prohibit commingling of funds, and to require loans from a candidate to such candidate’s campaign to be reported to the Secretary of State.

TRANSPORTATION – Amends existing law to provide that license plates do not automatically expire after 10 years and may continue to be used while still legible.

MOTOR VEHICLES – Amends existing law to establish an Idaho residency requirement to receive funds from ICAR.

CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS – Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding the licensure of certified public accountants.

JUVENILE PROCEEDINGS – Adds to existing law to provide requirements for the Department of Health and Welfare to apply and reserve federal benefits for children in the department’s legal custody.

HOSPITAL DISTRICTS – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the dissolution of hospital districts.

PERSI – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding qualified pre-tax contributions and investment earnings and certain qualified Roth contributions and investment earnings.
