PROTECTING THE PRIVACY OF WOMEN – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding safety and privacy in certain covered entities and to provide for remedies.

SALES TAX – Amends existing law to provide for the distribution of certain sales tax revenues to the transportation expansion and congestion mitigation fund and to local units of government for highway projects.

INSURANCE – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding 340B drug pricing program reporting.

LIABILITY OF RECREATION CLUBS AND THEIR MEMBERS – Adds to existing law to limit the liability of recreation clubs and their members.

TAXATION – Amends existing law to require the State Tax Commission to provide certain notices to taxpayers regarding the substantiation of deductible expense.

EDUCATION – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding parental rights in education.

PROPERTY RIGHTS – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding a limited alternative remedy to remove unauthorized persons from residential real property, to provide for the crime of making false statements to detain real property, and to provide for the crime of fraudulent sale or lease of residential real property.

PROPERTY – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding homestead property.

IDAHO BUILDING CODE ACT – Adds to existing law to provide for certain live virtual re-inspections and to provide for timely inspections and the option for third-party inspections in certain situations.

EDUCATION – Amends and adds to existing law to establish provisions requiring permission for instruction addressing human sexuality.

EDUCATION – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding denial of school attendance and denial of transfer enrollment applications.

IDAHO STATE POLICE – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the catastrophic search subaccount in the Search and Rescue Fund.

MOTOR VEHICLE TOWING – Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding motor vehicle towing.

INTERMODAL COMMERCE AUTHORITY – Amends and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding county-based or city-based intermodal commerce authority and to establish provisions regarding publication of proceedings and a contest period.

PROPERTY – Repeals and adds to existing law to revise a provision regarding conveyances or encumbrances of homesteads by married couples.

RECREATION DISTRICTS – Amends existing law to establish additional procedures to file petitions for the dissolution of recreation districts.

RECALL ELECTIONS – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the recall of city council members elected by district.

HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATIONS – Amends and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding definitions and fee and financial disclosures and to establish provisions to provide for a period of declarant control, restrictions on board membership, and proxy votes.

STATE CONTROLLER – Amends and adds to existing law to provide for certain reporting of agreements entered into by state agencies.

PROPERTY TAXES – Amends existing law to revise provisions related to the assessment of market value and the homestead exemption.

CHILD SUPPORT – Amends, repeals, and adds to existing laws to revise provisions regarding child support.

SALARIES OF JUDGES – Amends existing law to revise a provision regarding the salary of the justices of the supreme court.
