AN ACT to create and enact a new subsection to section 54-23.3-04 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to authorization for children of inmates to reside at the Heart River correctional center.

AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 15-10 and a new chapter to title 50 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the acceptance of health care sharing ministries by an institution of higher education and health care sharing ministries' exemptions from insurance laws and regulations.

AN ACT to create and enact eight new sections to chapter 43-09 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the regulation of conveyances and elevator contractors, mechanics, and inspectors; to amend and reenact sections 43-09-01 and 43-09-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to definitions applicable to conveyance regulation and the membership of the state electrical board; to provide a penalty; and to provide for application.
