AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 4.1-01.1-07 and 4.1-01.1-08 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to uses of the agriculture diversification and development fund and committee; to provide an appropriation; and to provide for a transfer.

AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 16.1-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the secretary of state's duty to distribute educational and informational materials before an election; to provide an appropriation; and to provide an expiration date.

AN ACT to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the commission on legal counsel for indigents; to create and enact a new subsection to section 54-44.3-20 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to categories of positions in the state service; and to provide for a legislative management study.

AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 50-25.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to an exemption for postpartum exposure to controlled substances and alcohol; to amend and reenact sections 50-25.1-16 and 50-25.1-17 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to reporting requirements for prenatal exposure to controlled substances and alcohol abuse and toxicology test requirements; and to repeal section 50-25.1-18 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to reporting requirements for prenatal exposure to alcohol misuse.

AN ACT to create and enact three new sections to chapter 27-20.4 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to juvenile court petitions, fitness to proceed in juvenile court proceedings, and collateral consequences the juvenile court may order; to amend and reenact sections 12.1-04.1-01, 12.1-04.1-20, and 12.1-17-01.2, subsection 2 of section 12.1-17-07.2, section 12.1-20-01, subsections 2 and 6 of section 12.1-31-03, sections 12.1-32-15 and 15.1-09-33.4, subsection 6 of section 27-20.2-01, subsection 3 of section 27-20.2-09, subsection 5 of section 27-20.4-11, subsection 1 of section 27-20.4-18, subsection 1 of section 27-20.4-20, and section 62.1-02-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to lack of criminal responsibility, court jurisdiction, distribution of intimate images without consent, domestic violence, criminality of a child regarding sex offenses, sale and use of tobacco by an individual under the age of twenty-one, child registration requirements, restitution, probation of a delinquent child, extracurricular activities for students, and persons not allowed to possess a firearm; to repeal sections 27-20.4-12, 27-20.4-13, and 27-20.4-19 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to delinquency; to provide an appropriation; and to provide a penalty.

AN ACT to amend and reenact subsection 5 of section 43-35-13, section 43-35-14, subsection 1 of section 43-35-17, and sections 43-35-21 and 43-35-23 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the operations of the board of water well contractors; and to repeal section 43-35-16 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the operations of the board of water well contractors.

AN ACT to amend and reenact section 15-11-40 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to projects the state energy research center is permitted to pursue.

AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 43-28 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to joint negotiations by dental providers with dental insurers.

AN ACT to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the information technology department; to amend and reenact sections 54-35-15.1, 54-59-14, and 54-59-15 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to membership of the information technology committee and the information technology operating fund; to provide an exemption; to provide for a legislative management study; and to provide for a legislative management report.

A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact section 53-06.1-01.1, subsection 3 of section 53-06.1-14, and section 53-06.1-15.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the gaming commission, gaming stamp requirements, and the attorney general's regulation of gaming; to provide a penalty; and to provide an appropriation.

AN ACT to create and enact a new chapter to title 23 and a new section to chapter 47-32 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to receivers for mobile home parks and a defense to an eviction from a mobile home; to amend and reenact sections 23-10-03, 23-10-04, 23-10-06, 23-10-06.2, 23-10-12, and 47-10-28 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to licensure and regulation of mobile home parks; and to provide a penalty.

AN ACT to amend and reenact section 43-30-16 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to fees charged by the North Dakota private investigative and security board; to provide for a performance audit of the North Dakota private investigative and security board; and to declare an emergency.

AN ACT to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the North Dakota racing commission.

AN ACT to amend and reenact section 54-10-01, subsection 5 of section 54-10-14, and sections 54-10-22 and 54-10-27 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to audits conducted by the state auditor and charges for audits.

AN ACT to provide for a legislative management study to evaluate the evolving fire service operational and response needs of the state.

AN ACT to create and enact a new chapter to title 15.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the authorization and administration of public charter schools; and to provide for a legislative management report.
