Environmental protection: permits; denial of or imposition of additional conditions on; provide for when projects are located in environmentally overburdened communities, and repeal environmental permit review commission provisions. Amends secs. 1301, 1305, 1307 & 1311 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.1301 et seq.); designates secs. 1301 - 1311 as subpt. 1; adds subpt. 2 to pt. 13 & repeals secs. 1313 - 1317 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.1313 - 324.1317).

Property tax: delinquent taxes; sunsets on certain delinquent tax payment reduction and foreclosure avoidance programs; modify. Amends secs. 78g & 78q of 1893 PA 206 (MCL 211.78g & 211.78q).

Insurance: health insurers; required coverage for autism spectrum disorders; modify. Amends sec. 3406s of 1956 PA 218 (MCL 500.3406s).

Human services: medical services; coverage for diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders and treatment of autism spectrum disorders; require. Amends 1939 PA 280 (MCL 400.1 - 400.119b) by adding sec. 109u.

Transportation: motor fuel tax; incentives for the sale and production of biodiesel; provide for. Amends 1967 PA 281 (MCL 206.1 - 206.847) by adding sec. 279.

Torts: liability; wrongful death of embryo or fetus; remove exceptions to liability. Amends sec. 2922a of 1961 PA 236 (MCL 600.2922a).

A resolution to condemn the Trump Administration and congressional Republican’s support of the divisive “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” that raises costs for Michiganders, slashes Medicaid, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and the Women, Infants and Children program (WIC), adds burdensome hurdles to important tax relief measures for low-income households, drives more families into poverty by giving tax cuts to the most wealthy households, and sets back progress on a clean energy future while increasing energy costs on Americans.
