Health: other; database and educational materials on uterine fibroid; provide for. Amends 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.1101 - 333.25211) by adding pt. 95A.

Administrative procedure: joint committee; member of the committee calling a hearing on a ruleset; allow. Amends sec. 35 of 1969 PA 306 (MCL 24.235).

Education: curriculum; foreign language requirement; remove, and replace with life skill requirement. Amends secs. 1278a, 1278b & 1531f of 1976 PA 451 (MCL 380.1278a et seq.).

Insurance: other; market conduct exams; require insurers to pay for. Amends 1956 PA 218 (MCL 500.100 - 500.8302) by adding ch. 4A.

A resolution to recognize October 19-26, 2025, as Microplastics Awareness Week.

A resolution to recognize October 12-18, 2025, as Menopause Awareness Week.

Children: protection; availability of confidential records; modify. Amends sec. 7 of 1975 PA 238 (MCL 722.627).

Corrections: parole; certain voting information on release; require department of corrections to provide. Amends secs. 34c & 35 of 1953 PA 232 (MCL 791.234c & 791.235).

Agriculture: other; water quality protection fee; extend sunset. Amends sec. 8715 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.8715) & repeals (See bill).

Water supply: other; fees related to water resources; modify. Amends sec. 9 of 1976 PA 399 (MCL 325.1009).

Property tax: exemptions; fund from which municipalities are reimbursed for certain revenue lost due to the small business property tax exemption; modify to require that unused funds lapse to the general fund. Amends sec. 3a of 2000 PA 489 (MCL 12.253a).

Appropriations: school aid; fiscal year 2025-2026 appropriations for K-12 school aid; provide for. Amends, adds & repeals (See bill).

Medical marihuana: licenses; number of marihuana provisioning center licenses; place limit on. Amends secs. 102, 302, 401 & 402 of 2016 PA 281 (MCL 333.27102 et seq.) & adds sec. 402a.

Marihuana: licenses; number of marihuana retailer licenses; place limit on. Amends secs. 7, 8, 9 & 9a of 2018 IL 1 (MCL 333.27957 et seq.) & adds sec. 9b.
