PEDIATRIC SECRETIVE TRANSITIONS PARENTAL RIGHTS ACT – Adds to existing law to establish the Pediatric Secretive Transitions Parental Rights Act.

TOBACCO PRODUCTS – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the sale of cigars.

ELECTIONS – Amends existing law to provide certain physical presence requirements for state representatives and senators.

CHILD PROTECTION – Adds to existing law to provide for safety checks for children under one year of age.

INDUSTRIAL HEMP – Amends existing law to provide for negligent violations.

TAXING DISTRICTS – Amends existing law to allow fire protection districts to enter into certain agreements to transfer territory and to allow certain taxing districts to be exempt from certain budget limitations.

SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM – Amends and adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program integrity measures and verification.

IDAHO BUILDING CODE ACT – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding public school building plan reviews.

IDAHO BUILDING CODES – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding single stairway building exceptions.

SOCIAL MEDIA – Adds to existing law to establish the Stop Harms from Addictive Social Media Act.

EDUCATION – Amends and adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding the prohibition of taxpayer funding of teachers unions.

EDUCATION – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding contract requirements for state-supported medical and veterinary students.

PROPERTY RIGHTS – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding property rights protection.

ELECTIONS – Amends existing law to add certain requirements for an affidavit in lieu of personal identification.

PROTECTION OF GRAVES – Amends existing law to prohibit certain acts regarding graves and to provide exemptions.

FISH AND GAME – Amends existing law regarding lifetime hunting and fishing licenses.

TAXATION – Amends existing law to eliminate proration of the homestead property tax exemption.

EDUCATION – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding career technical education certificates.

ELECTIONS – Amends existing law to prohibit certain in-person instruction in schools on election day.

EXECUTION – Amends existing law to provide that procedures used in an execution shall not be subject to certain provisions of law.
