AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 44-04 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the opportunity to provide public comment at a meeting of a public entity.

AN ACT to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the veterans' home; to create and enact a new section to chapter 37-15 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to meals provided to employees of the veterans' home; to provide an exemption; to provide for a legislative management study; and to declare an emergency.

AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 19-24.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to qualifying nonresident medical marijuana patients; to amend and reenact subsection 3 of section 19-24.1-01, subsection 4 of section 19-24.1-01, subsection 8 of section 19-24.1-01, subsection 26 of section 19-24.1-01, subsection 47 of section 19-24.1-01, and sections 19-24.1-03, 19-24.1-11, and 19-24.1-37 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to allowable amounts of usable medical marijuana, medical marijuana recordkeeping, cannabinoid edible products, patient qualifications, and disclosure of information.

AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 50-24.5 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to adult residential facility payment rates; to amend and reenact section 50-24.5-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the definition of adult residential facility; to provide for a legislative management report; and to provide an appropriation.

AN ACT to provide an appropriation to the department of health and human services for the 988 crisis hotline program.

AN ACT to create and enact two new sections to chapter 26.1-30, two new sections to chapter 26.1-39, a new section to chapter 26.1-44, and a new subsection to section 26.1-46-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to mandatory arbitration endorsements for property insurance, managed repair programs, civil remedy actions against property insurers, notice of property insurance claims, and surplus lines insurance policies; to amend and reenact sections 26.1-02-05, 26.1-25-02.1, 26.1-25-16, 26.1-26-04.1, 26.1-44-03, 26.1-46-01, 26.1-46-08, and 26.1-46-08.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to exceptions to unauthorized insurance transactions, exceptions for large commercial risks in fire, property, and casualty insurance rates, surplus lines insurance, risk retention groups and purchasing groups, restrictions on insurance purchased by purchasing groups, and purchasing group taxation and fees; to repeal section 26.1-44-03.3 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to an exemption from search requirements for licensed surplus line producers; to provide for a legislative management report; and to provide a penalty.

AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 50-10.2-01, 50-10.2-02, and 50-10.2-02.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the rights of health care facility residents.

A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subdivision u of subsection 2 of section 57-38-30.3 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to an income tax deduction for retired law enforcement personnel benefits; and to provide for retroactive application.

AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 54-52.1-01, 54-52.1-02, and 54-52.1-03.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to health insurance benefits coverage provided by the uniform group insurance program; to provide an appropriation; to provide for a statement of legislative intent; and to provide an effective date.

A concurrent resolution to amend and reenact section 9 of article III and section 16 of article IV of the Constitution of North Dakota, relating to requiring each resolution adopted by the legislative assembly proposing a constitutional amendment and each initiative petition and measure proposing a constitutional amendment to be comprised of a single subject.

AN ACT to create and enact a new subsection to section 12.1-27.1-01 and two new sections to chapter 12.1-27.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the definition of a public library, required safety policies and technology protection measures, and the state's attorney's review of public libraries, school districts, and state agencies for compliance with statutes protecting minors from explicit sexual material; to amend and reenact subsection 5 of section 12.1-27.1-01, subsection 2 of section 12.1-27.1-03.1, and sections 12.1-27.1-03.5 and 12.1-27.1-11 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to obscenity control; to provide for a report to the legislative management; and to provide a penalty.

A concurrent resolution directing the Legislative Management to consider studying the detrimental impacts of pornography.

AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 51-07 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a commercial entity's liability for publishing or distributing sexual material harmful to a minor; to provide a penalty; and to provide for application.

AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 61-16.1-11, 61-16.1-15.1, and 61-16.1-59 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the joint exercise of powers of joint water resource boards, mandating the formation of joint water resource boards for projects affecting two or more counties, and proceedings to confirm special actions.
