DISTURBING THE PEACE – Amends existing law to provide for disturbing the peace of a religious worship, meeting, or event.

FISH AND GAME – Repeals existing law to remove outdated or unnecessary Department of Fish and Game provisions.

IDAHO BUILDING CODE ACT – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding public school building plan reviews.

ABATEMENT DISTRICTS – Amends and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding abatement districts and to provide for optional participation.

TRANSPORTATION – Amends existing law to require a person to apply for a driver’s license, register vehicles, and obtain a certificate of vehicle title within 30 days of becoming an Idaho resident.

MIDWIFERY – Amends and adds to existing law to provide for a licensed midwife to obtain and administer medication indicated for maternal care or neonatal care if a midwife possesses requisite education, training, and experience.

RESTROOM ACCESS ACT – Adds to existing law to establish the Restroom Access Act.

CONGRESSIONAL TERM LIMITS – States findings of the Legislature and appeals to the United States Congress to call a constitutional convention of the states to propose an amendment regarding term limits.

STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS – Amends existing law to revise and remove provisions regarding flags flown by a governmental entity, to provide a penalty, and to establish provisions regarding enforcement by the Attorney General.

TRANSPORTATION – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding apportionment of the Highway Distribution Account, to remove a limitation regarding revenues received from fuel taxes, and to revise a provision regarding the distribution of the tax on special fuels.

MOTOR VEHICLES – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the Parent-Student On-Road Driver’s Training program.

AGRICULTURAL PESTS – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding agricultural pests.

OPEN MEETINGS LAW – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding requirements for open public meetings.

CAPITOL MALL – Amends existing law to provide that certain persons may be banned from the Capitol building, the Supreme Court building, Capitol Mall properties, and multiagency facilities.

YELLOW DOT MOTOR VEHICLE MEDICAL INFORMATION ACT – Repeals existing law relating to the Yellow Dot Motor Vehicle Medical Information Act.

CRIMES AND PUNISHMENT – Adds to existing law to prohibit the use of a mask or disguise during a criminal offense and to provide for a sentencing enhancement.

SEMIQUINCENTENNIAL – States findings of the Legislature and encourages the celebration of America250 in Idaho.

CHILD CUSTODY INTERFERENCE – Amends and adds to existing law to provide for penalties and remedies regarding child custody interference.

POLITICAL VIOLENCE – States findings of the House of Representatives and condemns political violence, honors the lives of those killed or injured, and calls on all Idahoans to reject all forms of such violence.

TAXATION – Amends existing law to update references to the current Internal Revenue Code and to revise certain tax credits related to capital investments and research activities.

PACIFIC NORTHWEST ECONOMIC REGION – Repeals existing law relating to the Pacific Northwest Economic Region.

BARBER AND COSMETOLOGY SERVICES ACT – Amends existing law to revise qualifications for cosmetology licensure.

IDAHO TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT – Amends existing law to provide that certain vehicles shall not be subject to more than one inspection within a seventy-two-hour period.

GOVERNMENT TRANSPARENCY AND ETHICS – Amends and adds to existing law to establish provisions to protect public employees from certain adverse actions, to provide certain remedies for violations, and to provide special procedures for public record requests by the Legislature and legislative staff.

UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding unmanned aircraft systems near Department of Correction facilities.

OCCUPATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSING – Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding the Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses.

POLITICAL VIOLENCE AND CRIMES AGAINST THE STATE – States findings of the House of Representatives and condemns political violence and crimes against the state that occurred in 2025, honors the lives of those killed or injured, and calls on all Idahoans to reject all forms of such violence.

SALES AND USE TAX – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding a sales and use tax rebate to certain developers of certain retail complexes.

SEMIQUINCENTENNIAL – States findings of the Legislature and encourages the celebration of America250 in Idaho.

UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding controlled substances.
