Elections: campaign practices; individual circulating a petition; prohibit from being paid for each petition signature collected, and require petition circulators to be paid an hourly wage. Amends 1954 PA 116 (MCL 168.1 - 168.992) by adding secs. 483b, 544g, 590i & 957a.

Elections: petitions; process for counting duplicate petition signatures; provide for, and eliminate penalties. Amends secs. 482, 590h, 685, 957 & 958 of 1954 PA 116 (MCL 168.482 et seq.) & adds secs. 482f & 547.

Gaming: other; regulation of advertisements and promotions for internet gaming; provide for. Amends 2019 PA 152 (MCL 432.301 - 432.322) by adding sec. 9a.

Elections: petitions; petition circulator to provide or read the summary of the purpose of the petition to the petition signer; require. Amends 1954 PA 116 (MCL 168.1 - 168.992) by adding sec. 482g.

Environmental protection: pollution prevention; coal tar sealant or other high-PAH sealant for pavement; prohibit use and sale. Amends 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.101 - 324.90106) by adding pt. 149.

Health facilities: other; surgical smoke plume evacuation plan; require. Amends 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.1101 - 333.25211) by adding sec. 20187.

Courts: district court; magistrate qualifications; modify. Amends secs. 8501 & 8507 of 1961 PA 236 (MCL 600.8501 & 600.8507).

State: symbol; Honor and Remember flag; designate as the official state symbol of remembrance of fallen military members. Creates new act.
