A BILL for an Act to create and enact two new sections to chapter 25-13 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the certification and sale of assistance animals; to amend and reenact section 25-13-01.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to definitions associated with assistance animals; and to provide a penalty.

A concurrent resolution to create and enact a new article to the Constitution of North Dakota, relating to term limits for the governor, lieutenant governor, statewide elected officials, and members of the legislative assembly and prior years of service for members of the legislative assembly and statewide elected officers; to repeal sections 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of article XV of the Constitution of North Dakota, relating to cumulative term limits for members of the legislative assembly and the office of governor, and legislative authority, and initiative petition processes; and to provide an effective date.

A concurrent resolution directing the Legislative Management to consider studying the costs and effects of planting and tending to sterile monoculture invasive plants and native plants within the state.

A BILL for an Act to create and enact five new sections to chapter 57-36 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a tax on cigars, other tobacco products, alternative tobacco products, electronic smoking devices, and electronic smoking device substances and a tobacco tax distribution fund; to amend and reenact section 57-36-01, subsection 1 of section 57-36-31, and section 57-36-32 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the definition of alternative tobacco products, transfer and allocation of tobacco products tax revenue and tax on cigarettes; to provide a penalty; to provide a continuing appropriation; and to provide an effective date.
