A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact sections 11-11-55.1, 40-22-01.3, and 57-15-41 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to infrastructure fees levied by cities and counties, and the exemption of infrastructure fees from levy limitations.

A concurrent resolution directing the Legislative Management to consider studying inpatient services, community-based services, and existing waivers for treatment and support of individuals with neurological conditions and behavioral symptoms that put the individual at risk for incarceration, inappropriate placement, or homelessness.

AN ACT to create a committee to study special education funding during the 2025-26 interim; and to provide for a legislative management report.

AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 54-55-01, 54-55-03, 54-55-04, and 54-55-05 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the North Dakota commission on uniform state laws.

AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 15.1-09 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to whole, two percent, and flavored milk served in schools.

A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsections 1 and 7 of section 57-38-30.3 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to income tax rates for individuals, estates, and trusts and the marriage penalty credit; to repeal section 57-38-01.28 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the marriage penalty credit; and to provide an effective date.
