Requires automobile insurers to provide notice that Medicare and Medicaid may not be used as primary coverage for PIP benefits.

Condemns renaming John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

Expands certain requirements concerning automatic enrollment for utility bill payment assistance programs.

Designates Monday of Manufacturing Week as Women in Manufacturing Day in New Jersey.

Increases bid advertising threshold on certain purchases, contracts, or agreements.

Makes supplemental appropriation of $1 million to DVA for suicide prevention training for personnel at State-run veterans' facilities.

Provides that certain buildings that previously housed motor vehicle dealer businesses continue to meet place of business standards.

Permits certain alcoholic beverage license holders to sell "Jersey Fresh" alcoholic beverages.

Establishes a formula for the distribution of State aid to school districts.

Requires certain supermarkets, grocery stores, and food suppliers to donate food under certain circumstances.

The "Family and Private Burial Grounds Preservation Act."

Prohibits hotels from providing guests with personal care products in single-use plastic containers under certain circumstances.

"Affordable Housing Insurance Stabilization Act"; establishes program within HMFA to provide financial assistance to qualified affordable housing property experiencing material insurance cost increases; appropriates $25 million.

Designates April 2nd as "Light It Up Blue Day."

Establishes grant program in Department of State for preservation of certain Revolutionary War sites; appropriates funds.

Establishes alternative pathway for victims of domestic violence to obtain certain identification cards and licenses from MVC.

Respectfully urges Congress to pass "Guarding Ratepayers from Imposed EV Charging Directives Act" to repeal certain federal standards tied to electric vehicle charging programs.
