Version ISRule XXXVII of the Standing Rules of the Senate is amended—
by redesignating paragraph 16 as paragraph 17; and
by inserting after paragraph 15 the following:
Effective January 1, 2027, no Senator may buy or sell a publicly traded stock or cryptocurrency.
