Version ISThis Act may be cited as the Lifespan Respite Care Reauthorization Act of 2025.
Section 2901(5) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300ii(5)) is amended by striking unpaid adult and inserting unpaid individual.
Section 2905 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300ii–4) is amended by striking fiscal years 2020 through fiscal year 2024 and inserting fiscal years 2025 through 2030.
