Bill Text
Version ESNotwithstanding any other provision of law, the Lytton Rancheria of California is subject to the Act of June 18, 1934 (commonly known as the Indian Reorganization Act) (48 Stat. 984, chapter 576; 25 U.S.C. 5101 et seq.), and the Secretary of the Interior may acquire and take into trust land for the benefit of the Lytton Rancheria of California pursuant to section 5 of that Act (25 U.S.C. 5108).
Land taken into trust pursuant to subsection (a) shall be—
part of the reservation of the Lytton Rancheria of California; and
administered in accordance with the laws and regulations generally applicable to property held in trust by the United States for an Indian Tribe.
