Version ISThis Act may be cited as the Seized Assets for Battlefield Equipment and Readiness Act of 2026 or the SABER Act of 2026.
Section 104(f)(2) of the Rebuilding Economic Prosperity and Opportunity for Ukrainians Act (division F of Public Law 118–50; 22 U.S.C. 9521 note) is amended by adding at the end the following:
Purchases by the Government of Ukraine of defense articles and services to respond to and recover from the consequences of the aggression of the Russian Federation.
