Version ISThis Act may be cited as the Incentivizing the Expansion of U.S. Ports Act.
Section 55109(a)(3) of title 46, United States Code, is amended—
by striking , or is exempt and inserting , is exempt; and
by striking the period at the end and inserting , or is otherwise eligible for such a certificate and endorsement without regard to the requirement under section 12112(a)(2)..
Section 55110 of title 46, United States Code, is amended—
in the section heading, by striking or dredged material; and
by striking or dredged material.
