Version ISThis Act may be cited as the Fencing Eligibility for New Conservation Equipment Act or the FENCE Act.
Section 401(b) of the Agricultural Credit Act of 1978 (16 U.S.C. 2201(b)) is amended by adding at the end the following:
Repair or replacement of fencing under this section may include updating of fencing to new or emerging technology if such updating does not increase the cost of the repair or replacement.
