Version ISThis Act may be cited as the China Subsidy Response and Export Competitiveness Act of 2026.
Section 2(c)(3)(B) of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 (12 U.S.C. 635(c)(3)(B)) is amended by inserting or in the United States after business.
Section 2(l)(1) of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 (12 U.S.C. 635(l)(1)) is amended—
in subparagraph (A)—
by striking directly neutralize export subsidies and inserting neutralize subsidies; and
by striking export credit and inserting credit; and
in subparagraph (B)—
in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking direct exports and inserting exports;
in clause (vii), by striking and semiconductor machinery and inserting , semiconductor machinery, and printed circuit board;
by redesignating clause (xi) as clause (xii); and
by inserting after clause (x) the following:
Medical manufacturing.
