Version ISThis Act may be cited as the Parkinson’s Protection for Firefighters Act.
Section 8143b(b) of title 5, United States Code, is amended—
in the subsection heading, by striking diseased and inserting diseases;
in paragraph (1), by striking activedate and inserting active date; and
in paragraph (2)—
by redesignating subparagraphs (L) through (P) as subparagraphs (M) through (Q), respectively; and
by inserting after subparagraph (K) the following:
Parkinson’s disease.
