Version ENRSection 403(b) of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 (Public Law 110–261) is amended—
in paragraph (1) (50 U.S.C. 1881 note), by striking April 30, 2026 and inserting June 12, 2026; and
in paragraph (2) (18 U.S.C. 2511 note), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking April 30, 2026 and inserting June 12, 2026.
The amendments made by this section shall take effect on the earlier of the date of the enactment of this Act or April 29, 2026.
