Version ISThis Act may be cited as the Restoring Rights of Medical Residents Act.
Section 207 of the Pension Funding Equity Act of 2004 (15 U.S.C. 37B) is repealed.
This Act, and the amendment made by this Act, shall take effect on the March 18 that first occurs after the date of enactment of this Act.
