Version ESSubsection (a)(1)(B) of section 806 of title 10, United States Code (article 6 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice), as added by section 561(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 (Public Law 119–60), is amended to read as follows:
