Version ISThis Act may be cited as the Regional Ocean Partnerships Reauthorization Act of 2026.
Section 10202 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (16 U.S.C. 1468) is amended—
in subsection (g)—
in paragraph (1), by inserting and not later than 5 years after the date of enactment of the Regional Ocean Partnerships Reauthorization Act of 2026, after this Act,; and
in paragraph (2), by striking The report and inserting Each report; and
in subsection (j)—
in paragraph (1)—
by striking subparagraphs (A), (B), and (C);
by redesignating subparagraphs (D) and (E) as subparagraphs (A) and (B), respectively; and
by adding at the end the following:
$11,572,444 for fiscal year 2028.
$11,688,168 for fiscal year 2029.
$11,805,050 for fiscal year 2030.
$11,923,101 for fiscal year 2031.
in paragraph (3), by striking 2023 through 2027 and inserting 2026 through 2031.
