Judicial Integrity Act

This Act may be cited as the Judicial Integrity Act.
Section 208(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after of the United States Government, the following: of the judicial branch of the United States Government (including a Federal judge or a justice of the Supreme Court of the United States),.
Section 208(b) of title 18, United States Code, is amended—
in paragraph (3), by striking or at the end;
in paragraph (4), by striking parties. and inserting parties; or; and
by adding at the end the following:
if, by regulation issued by the Judicial Conference of the United States applicable to all officers and employees of the judicial branch of the United States Government (including Federal judges and justices of the Supreme Court of the United States), with public notice and comment, the financial interest has been exempted from the requirements of subsection (a) as being too remote or too inconsequential to affect the integrity of the services of those officers and employees.
