Version IHThis Act may be cited as the National Service Animals Monument Location Act.
Notwithstanding section 8908(c) of title 40, United States Code, and section 704(b) of division DD of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (40 U.S.C. 8903 note), the commemorative work authorized by such section 704 shall be located within the Reserve (as defined in section 8902(a) of title 40, United States Code).
