Version IHThis Act may be cited as the Chief Nimham Purple Heart Act.
Notwithstanding the criteria in section 1 of Executive Order 11016, the President may posthumously award the Purple Heart to Daniel Nimham for injuries incurred during the Revolutionary War while a Commissioned Captain in the Continental Army.
