Version IHSection 1402(3) of the BUILD Act of 2018 (22 U.S.C. 9601(3)) is amended—
by striking subparagraph (A); and
by redesignating subparagraphs (B) through (G) as subparagraphs (A) through (F), respectively.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Development Finance Corporation may invest in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
