Version IHThis Act may be cited as the Border Patrol Supervisors Retention Act.
Section 5550(h) of title 5, United States Code, is amended—
in the subsection heading, by striking GS–12 Border Patrol agents and inserting Border Patrol agents classified from grade GS–12 through GS–15; and
in paragraph (1), by striking a position at grade GS–12 and inserting a position from grade GS–12 through GS–15.
