Version IHThis Act may be cited as the Tribal Regulatory Reform Implementation Act of 2026.
Section 4(a) of the Indian Tribal Regulatory Reform and Business Development Act of 2000 (Public Law 106–447; 25 U.S.C. 4301 note) is amended by adding at the end the following:
Effective on the date of the enactment of Tribal Regulatory Reform Implementation Act of 2026, all administrative responsibilities and jurisdiction assigned to the Secretary under this Act with respect to the Authority shall transfer to the Secretary of the Interior.
