Version IHSection 304 of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (16 U.S.C. 1854) is amended by adding at the end the following:
Fishing in a marine national monument shall not be prohibited or otherwise regulated through a Presidential proclamation under section 320301 of title 54, United States Code (commonly known as the ‘Antiquities Act of 1906’), including any existing such Presidential proclamation.
Fishing in a marine national monument shall continue to be regulated pursuant to this Act, consistent with other applicable law.
