Version IHThis Act may be cited as the Compensation Fund Recrediting Act.
Section 1002 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Public Law 111–5; 38 U.S.C. 107 note) is amended—
in subsection (l), by striking until expended and inserting until the date specified in subsection (m); and
by adding at the end the following new subsection:
On January 1, 2027—
this section shall cease to have any effect; and
any amounts in the compensation fund shall be deposited into the general fund of the Treasury.
