Shared Micromobility Investment Act

This Act may be cited as the Shared Micromobility Investment Act.
Section 133(b) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:
Shared micromobility projects (including investments in bikesharing or shared-scooter systems).
Section 175(c)(1) of title 23, United States Code, is amended—
in subparagraph (L), by striking and at the end;
in subparagraph (M), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and; and
by adding at the end the following:
a shared micromobility project (including investments in bikesharing or shared-scooter systems).
Section 6702(a)(3) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—
in subparagraph (G), by striking and at the end;
by redesignating subparagraph (H) as subparagraph (I); and
by inserting after subparagraph (G) the following:
a shared micromobility project (including investments in bikesharing or shared-scooter systems); and
