Preserving Integrity in Immigration Benefits Act

This Act may be cited as the Preserving Integrity in Immigration Benefits Act.
The Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services shall conduct a comprehensive review of all approved immigration benefit requests implicated in Presidential Proclamation 10998 entitled Restricting and Limiting the Entry of Foreign Nationals To Protect the Security of the United States (dated December 16, 2025) that were approved during the period beginning on January 20, 2021, and ending on the date of enactment of this Act, to ensure that such requests were properly adjudicated and applicable standards were properly applied.
Not later than September 15, 2026, the Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services shall provide an in-person briefing to the Committees on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives and of the Senate on the results of the review required under subsection (a).
Not later than September 15, 2026, the Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services shall make publicly available online a report containing the results of the review required under subsection (a).
