Version IHThis Act may be cited as the Bridge to Summer Nutrition Act of 2025.
For each fiscal year in which a State operates the summer electronic benefits transfer program for children under section 13A of the Richard B. Russell School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1762), the Secretary of Agriculture shall pay to such State 90 percent of the monthly administrative costs incurred in such fiscal year described for—
the summer electronic benefits transfer program for children in section 13A of the Richard B. Russell School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1762), and
the supplemental nutrition assistance program in section 16(a) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2025(a)).
For each fiscal year in which a State operates the summer electronic benefits transfer program for children under section 13A of the Richard B. Russell School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1762), the Secretary of Agriculture shall pay to such State 90 percent of the monthly administrative costs incurred in such fiscal year described for—
