Version EHThis Act may be cited as the Common-Sense Law Enforcement and Accountability Now in DC Act of 2025 or the CLEAN DC Act of 2025.
Except as provided in subsection (b), the Comprehensive Policing and Justice Reform Amendment Act of 2022 (D.C. Law 24–345) is hereby repealed, and any provision of law amended or repealed by such Act is restored or revived as if such Act had not been enacted into law.
The repeal under subsection (a) shall not apply with respect to—
subtitle S of title I of such Act (sec. 5–365.01 et seq., D.C. Official Code); and
subtitle A of title I of such Act (sec. 5–125.01 et seq. and sec. 5–302, D.C. Official Code).
