Education - As introduced, requires local education agencies and public charter schools to notify the parent or legal guardian of each student enrolled in the LEA or public charter school of their right to opt their student out of receiving instruction on firearm safety; allows a school social worker licensed by the state board of education to provide certain preventative and developmental counseling services to students without first obtaining parental consent. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6 and Title 63.
