Judicial Districts - As introduced, deletes the requirement that, beginning in 2028, the funding for each judicial district that has a disproportionately high number of judges, as determined by the comptroller, be reduced by 10 percent during the subsequent fiscal year if the legislature has not passed legislation reapportioning the judicial districts. - Amends TCA Title 16, Chapter 2, Part 5.
