Disabled Persons - As enacted, authorizes a residential facility for persons with disabilities to operate in the eastern grand division of this state under an existing residential pilot program authorizing such facilities to operate in the western and middle grand divisions of this state that is administered by the department of disability and aging. - Amends TCA Title 33 and Title 52.
