Hotels and Restaurants - As introduced, creates a voluntary community storm emergency relief program administered by the department of tourist development in collaboration with the department of agriculture to authorize hotels and food service establishments to better serve the needs of their communities during a declared state or local emergency based upon a severe weather event. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 53, Chapter 8; Title 58, Chapter 2; Title 62, Chapter 7 and Title 67, Chapter 4, Part 14.
