Commerce and Insurance, Dept. of - As enacted, directs the commissioner to use existing resources to study recent innovations by neighboring states to address substance use disorder through new health insurance coverage and reimbursement methods, strategies, or models; requires the commissioner to compile the findings and any recommendations from the study into a report for transmission to the general assembly no later than December 31, 2026. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 33; Title 56 and Title 71.
