Wilson County - Subject to local approval, transfers control and governance of the Tenth Special School District of Wilson County from a board of directors and commissioners composed of three members to a Board of Education composed of five members; divides the Tenth Special School district into five districts of proportionate population; establishes staggered terms for the members of the Board of Education of four years. - Amends Chapter 330 of the Acts of 1901; as amended.
