SS/SB 937 - The act authorizes the conveyance of state property located in: - the City of Harrisonville, Cass County (Section 1); - the City of Kirksville, Adair County (Section 2); - the City of Springfield, Greene County (Sections 3, 4); - the City of Festus, Jefferson County (Section 5); - the City of Doniphan, Ripley County (Section 6); - the City of Higginsville, Lafayette County (Section 7); - the City of Jefferson, Cole County (Section 8); - the City of Richwoods, Washington County (Section 9); - Jackson County (Section 10) The act further authorizes the conveyance of state property located in the County of Marion to the State Highways and Transportation Commission. (Sections 11, 12) The act further authorizes the conveyance of state property located in Cole County to the City of Jefferson. (Section 13) Finally, the act authorizes the conveyance of state property located in Nodaway County.
