SB 1530 Referred

SB 1530 - This act provides that a transportation network company (TNC) shall not be vicariously liable by reason of owning, operating, or maintaining the digital network accessed by a TNC driver or rider for harm to persons or property while the driver is logged into the digital network if there is no negligence or criminal wrongdoing by the TNC under circumstances described in the act and the TNC has fulfilled its obligations under current law.
