SB 1307 Referred

SB 1307 - Under this act, a family court shall not prohibit a family court participant from possession or use of legal marijuana, including as a term or condition of successful completion of the family court program. The possession or use of legal marijuana shall not, by itself, be used to restrict or abridge custodial or parental rights to minor children in a family or juvenile court proceeding. This act is identical to SB 403 (2025), SB 968 (2024), and SCS/SB 443 (2023) and similar to SB 794 (2022), HB 2440 (2022), and SB 357 (2021), and provisions in HB 2704 (2022) and HB 2723 (2020).
